Stockman Bank to hold groundbreaking ceremony

Stockman Bank will hold a groundbreaking ceremony at 3 p.m. Thursday for its new full-service bank building at 1400 11th Ave.







Construction will begin on the new state-of-the-art banking facility that will include a 24-hour ATM, night depository, multi-lane drive-up, along with covered bicycle parking. Construction is expected to be complete by late summer 2025.

“We are excited to bring another full-service Stockman Bank to the Helena” said Helena Market President Steve Fawcett. “As we continue to serve more and more people in the Helena community, this newest bank will offer our customers one more convenient location to meet their banking needs.”

Stockman Bank now has Helena locations at 3094 N. Sanders St. and 5 W. Lyndale Ave.

Drange joins St. Peter’s Health

St. Peter’s Health Medical Group welcomes new endocrinologist, Dr. Marlys Drange.

Drange earned her medical degree, as well as a doctorate in cancer biology, at Stanford University in Stanford, California.

A Montana native, Drange received a Bachelor of Science in microbiology from Montana State University in Bozeman.

She completed clinical training with internal medicine internship and residency at Stanford Health Services followed by a fellowship in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Drange is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism. She is a fellow of the American College of Endocrinology. She has been in clinical practice since 1999.

She is accepting new patients at the St. Peter’s Health Medical Group – Broadway Clinic.
