Blackstone (NYSE: BX) announced a minority investment in Symphony Infrastructure Partners, Australia’s top energy transition infrastructure services platform, through its Blackstone Tactical Opportunities funds.
Growth & Acquisitions
Founded in 2022 by Steve Butler, Symphony is focused on accelerating Australia’s shift to renewable energy. Blackstone’s capital infusion will enable Symphony to finalize several acquisitions and support the company’s future growth.
