The annual Sizzling Summer Sale will take place the second weekend of July in Norman, bringing various deals and opportunities for the Norman community to support local businesses.
The sale is set to feature dozens of retailers offering special deals, according to a city press release.
Leading up to the event, a list of participating businesses will be available on the Norman Chamber of Commerce website. The website will list the vendors’ websites with hours and offers that are specific to each business.
“Local businesses are the lifeblood of Norman, making our community unique and vibrant,” said Sara Kaplan, Chief Business and Community Relations Officer for the City of Norman, in the release. “When you shop local, you’re not just getting great deals and personalized service, you’re also investing directly back into our city.”
The sale was organized in collaboration with VisitNorman, the Norman Chamber of Commerce and the City of Norman to highlight the importance of shopping locally, according to a city press release.
