Luxury fashion brand Michael Kors has become the first retailer to launch Mastercard’s AI shopping assistant, Shopping Muse, on its US website.
Developed by Dynamic Yield, a Mastercard company, the tool aims to replicate the personalised in-store experience online.
Shopping Muse uses generative AI to interpret natural language, providing tailored product recommendations and styling advice. Initial tests have shown a 15-20% increase in conversions compared to traditional search.
