Even despite their dominant 42-10 road victory Saturday over the Wisconsin Badgers, the Alabama Crimson Tide did not move in the latest update of the NCAA Re-Rank by USA TODAY Sports.
The Crimson Tide remained in the No. 4 spot coming out of Week 3’s action, and currently sit behind only the Georgia Bulldogs, Texas Longhorns, and Ohio State Buckeyes in the ranking.
Sitting undefeated at 3-0, Alabama has racked up three impressive victories so far this season, with this ranking an example of that thought. In fact, all three of Alabama’s wins so far this season are against a Top 100 team, with the ranking for each mentioned below:
Western Kentucky Hilltoppers – No. 82
South Florida Bulls – No. 64
Wisconsin Badgers – No. 45
Looking ahead, Alabama is obviously on a bye week this Saturday, with their return to action coming in Week 5 at home against the Georgia Bulldogs. The Bulldogs currently sit at No. 1 in the NCAA Re-Rank entering Week 4.
