KEARNY, N.J. — The Kearny Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 11-year-old Tamryn Davis, who has been reported missing. Davis is described as 5 feet tall, weighing 110 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair, and a dark complexion. She was last seen wearing a white hooded sweatshirt, black cargo pants, and black Ugg shoes.

NEWARK, Del. — A freight train that had been blocking multiple crossings in downtown Newark has been moved, according to local authorities.
