Whether you’re in the market for some new Halloween items or are ready to start holiday shopping, Amazon‘s upcoming sale might help you save some money.
Amazon Prime Big Deal Days, also known as October Prime Day because of the exclusive deals, will start on Tuesday, Oct. 8, and end on Wednesday, Oct. 9. Though the specifics of what is on sale are not fully known, the tech company said shoppers could kickstart their holiday shopping, prepare for the winter and score on Halloween items.
If the items on your holiday wishlist aren’t on sale or you aren’t an Amazon Prime member, don’t worry. Other stores and online shops like Target, Walmart and Wayfair have competing sales coming up to kick off Christmas shopping.

Target Circle Week
Target Circle Week will return from Sunday, Oct. 6, to Saturday, Oct. 12, offering customers a chance to get discounts on many items.
The big sales event is named after Target Circle, the company’s free loyalty program, which allows you to earn rewards. There are other tiers that include fees to get bigger discounts or perks. To sign up, visit the Target Circle webpage or via the Target mobile app.

Walmart Holiday deals
Walmart looks to kick off the holiday shopping season with its answer to October Prime Day. The Walmart Holiday Deals sale will give shoppers discounts of up to 70% off many items and other holiday items for less than $25.
The sale kicks off on Tuesday, Oct. 8, and will continue through Sunday, Oct. 13. The deals will be available in-store on Wednesday, Oct. 9.
Not a Walmart+ member, don’t worry. Membership isn’t required to access these deals, like with Amazon’s October Prime Day, though it will give you access to the discounts 12 hours early.

Wayfair’s fall sale Way Day
Wayfair will bring back Way Day this October, offering shoppers major savings on furniture and home goods. The deals will be available starting Thursday, Oct. 5, until Saturday, Oct. 7. The company said shoppers could see discounts up to 80% off everything for your home and kitchen.
