Tallahassee police investigating homicide after man found dead in Parkway Center shopping plaza

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A man died from gunshot wounds at the Parkway Center shopping plaza on Apalachee Parkway, according to a Facebook post from the Tallahassee Police Department.

Around 2:15 a.m. Saturday, Tallahassee Police responded to a call about a shooting at the shopping center.

When officers arrived, they found one man unresponsive with a gunshot wound. They attempted lifesaving efforts, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene, according to authorities.

This is an active investigation and police are searching for suspects in the case.

Detectives ask anyone who may have witnessed the incident but did not speak with an officer on scene, to please call 850-891-4200. They may also remain anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at 850-574-TIPS.
