The Pacific Clinic in Kennewick recently completed construction on a new sports wing that includes six indoor pickleball and six tennis courts.
The project at 1350 N. Grant St. added storefront windows, an HVAC system to control the temperature on the pickleball and tennis courts, updated signage along Edison Street. Plans also call for landscaping improvements, to be completed in early fall.
“We not only wanted to enhance the experience for our members and guests who enjoy pickleball and tennis, but also enhance the beauty of our neighborhood by giving the Edison side of our building a much-needed facelift. By adding windows, we not only bring light in for our players, but also open up our game building to those driving by. We are excited to see how the scheduled landscaping will continue to beautify our business and the surrounding community,” The Pacific Clinic said in a statement.
The project cost is $500,000.
The majority of the work was completed in early July.
