The Carmi-White County Volleyball team defeated Eldorado and Thompsonville last night at the NCOE Tournament, to improve their record to 11-0 on the season. In the win over Eldorado, CWC head coach Chris Lucas surpassed the 100 career win mark with the Lady Bulldogs. Lucas has been at the helm since 2021. 

The Lady Bulldogs will return to Norris City tonight to face Hamilton County at 5 PM and NCOE at 8 PM. 

Fans who can’t attend will be able to watch the 8 PM match vs NCOE on the WRUL Sports YouTube Channel. If the Lady Bulldogs defeat Hamilton County, their match vs NCOE will be for the tournament championship. 

The Carmi-White County Girls Golf team traveled to Marion yesterday, and they fell to both Marion and Mt. Vernon with a team score of 214.

The Lady Bulldogs will host Zeigler-Royalton on Monday.

The Carmi-White County Girls Tennis team fell to Carbondale at home yesterday, 9-0.
They will be back in action today as they travel to Fairfield.

The CWC junior high baseball team defeated Gallatin County yesterday, 15-0.
Junior High baseball and softball will host Flora on Tuesday. 

Later on today the CWC Cross Country team will run at their first meet of the season in West Frankfort. 

The CWC Boys Golf team will also travel to West Frankfort today.

Reminder, there will be no CWC Football game tomorrow night. The Bulldogs are off this week after receiving a forfeit win from Vienna-Goreville.
