Manship School announces 2024 hall of fame members

The LSU Manship School of Mass Communications will induct four professionals into its hall of fame during its annual Night of Excellence at 6 p.m. Oct. 3.

This year’s inductees are Martin Johnson, the late dean of the Manship School; Gil LeBreton, who was a sportswriter and columnist with The Times-Picayune, The Advocate and the Fort Worth Star-Telegram; Abram “Abe” McGull, founder of the McGull Law Firm and Springfield, Missouri, City Council member; and Wendy McMahon, president and CEO at CBS News and Stations and CBS Media Ventures.

The ceremony will be at the Lod Cook Alumni Center, 3838 W. Lakeshore Drive. Tickets are available starting at $75 per person through lsu.edu/manship.
