You must shop these rarely discounted brands at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale

Must read

To all of the savvy shoppers out there: Happy Nordstrom Anniversary Sale to you and yours! From now through August 4, the fan-favorite retailer is throwing its epic savings event. Yes, there are deals galore on your favorite stuff (because everyone loves stuff), including beauty deals, fall fashion deals and chic home deals. Just so many deals. And yes, it’s overwhelming.

While there are a ton of majorly popular brands marked down this year — including Kate Spade, Nike, Tory Burch and Hoka — there are a handful of standouts that you need to know about. If you’re committed to only buying a few things, we decided to put together a tightly curated list of rarely-on-sale brands that are worth your change (think Barefoot Dreams, Ugg and more) at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. Scroll down for our favorites and remember, these deals poof away after August 4!

Beloved by celebrities and normies alike, Barefoot Dreams is known for its, well, dreamy and soft blankets and loungewear. Right now, you can cozy up with blankets, socks, robes, sweaters and more touchable goodies at a major discount. As with most celeb-loved brands, Barefoot Dreams runs on the pricier side, so nab these deals before they’re gone.

Is there anything better than fluffy socks? This cozy pair from Barefoot Dreams will keep your toes warm come fall and winter. One size fits women’s shoe sizes 5 to 9. Score them in fun colors including gray and pink

“These are the best socks I have ever owned,” said one five-star reviewer. “I bought them last year and wore the crap out of them, I just repurchased all the colors this year. They are very warm, cozy and soft —just the best.”

Whoever told you that you can’t snuggle up under an ultra-cozy blanket during the summer must hate joy — blankets are a year-round necessity. Barefoot Dreams makes the snuggliest and the chicest, and Nordstrom just marked this one down by $55.

The brand’s signature blanket is made of wildly soft microfiber that stays impossibly soft wash after wash. Unlike other microfiber blankets, it doesn’t pill, snag or shed. Throw it on your bed, couch, or lounge chair or just wrap yourself up in it and take it from room to room.

Want to feel like you’re walking, sleeping or lounging on a cloud? Then look no further than Ugg. Known for the (er, polarizing) style of boots, the Australian brand has been warming up our bodies and feet for years, which is great once the temps begin to drop! While you can shop everything from blankets to throw pillows and more on sale, it’d be a missed opportunity to not delve into the shoe markdowns.

Okay, what’s a Nordstrom sale without a pair of Ugg slippers? Nothing, that’s what. Ugg slippers on sale are (unfortunately) pretty hard to come by, which is why I highly suggest you pounce on this deal.

The rich chocolate brown color of these cozy slippers easily takes you from fall to winter while the shearling keeps your tootsies warm and cozy. You can also grab them in four other colors, including a light tan and sky blue.

Winter is coming (eventually). As soon as the temps drop, you’re going to wish you had a classic pair of Uggs to slide on, If you’re generally iffy about the style of basic Ugg boots, you need to check out this pair. It’s similar to the standard mini — but with a little bit of spice thanks to the cuffed embroidery.

Honestly, you can even wear these as slippers around the house for extra warmth! Also available in black and light tan.

Le Creuset is pretty much the gold standard in bakeware, beloved by renowned chefs (including one Barefoot Contessa!) for durable, enameled cast iron cookware that stands up to high heat and the test of time. Another thing? Le Creuset is pricey, so any markdown on Le Creuset products is worth shopping.

Nordstrom

The Signature Iron Chef’s Oven, now $150 off, is a regular go-to for both professional and amateur chefs when it comes to perfecting saucy pastas, chicken dishes and stews.

It also adds a bright pop of color to your counter, stove and tabletop (shown in iconic ‘Flame’). Who doesn’t love a pop of color in the kitchen?

Everyone knows and loves Le Creuset’s Dutch oven, but it’s time that the casserole dish got some praise. Of course, it’s great for baking things like brownies, baked pastas and casseroles (duh), but it’s also a decor piece on its own.

On top of the oven, you can even throw it in the dishwasher, microwave and freezer. Any cookware that doesn’t require breaking out the Tupperware for storage gets a gold star.

Trends are great! Trends are fun! But stocking up your closets with timeless basics that will stand the test of time is always a good idea — and Caslon is one of those tried and true brands with pieces for everyone. From soft sweaters to flattering dresses and tees, you’ll be grabbing these high-quality essentials for years to come.

Nordstrom

A good basic is a good basic and this gray tee is a good basic. While it may look simple, the top features a pleat at the back for a flowier and more flattering fit. The slightly ribbed fabric and crewneck style are just the cherry on top.

The heather gray shade goes well with everything, especially light-wash jeans like on the model. However, you can also nab it in black, blue, red and a pinkish cream.

Shopping for transitional weather is, well, tricky. Luckily, this dress makes it a smidge (read: a lot) easier. Available in both straight and plus sizing, the chambray style is appropriate for a summer evening and a brisk, fall afternoon.

The midi dress features a comfortably flowy skirt and a long line of buttons for a polished but chill vibe. The whole look is topped off with a matching belt that cinches at the waist and four handy pockets.

If you’re a beauty lover, then you know just how good (and coveted) Charlotte Tilbury products are. Since launching her brand, the celebrity makeup artist has bewitched both the red carpet and non-famous makeup bags with perfect shades and glowing formulas. Oh, and everything goes super viral (read: sells out a lot). From iconic lip shades to glowing setting sprays and anti-aging skin care, you’re going to want to take advantage of these markdowns before they’re gone.

Nordstrom

When it comes to universally flattering makeup, Charlotte Tilbury’s Pillow Talk collection reigns supreme. The classic nude-pink shade is front and center in this three-piece lip kit with all you need to get that just-kissed look. It comes with the iconic Matte Revolution Lipstick as well as the matching Lip Cheat Liner and Airbrush Flawless Matte Liquid Lipstick, all in Pillow Talk.

While you can use them separately, you should definitely use them together, as Queen Charlotte intended. Outline your lips with the liner, starting with the corner of the top lip. For an everyday look, swipe on the lipstick. If you want to zhuzh it up with a bolder blurred look, use the liquid lipstick. Beautiful, dahling.

Little known secret: Charlotte Tilbury skin care is just as good as the makeup. Take, for example, this anti-aging eye cream. Retinol is one of the few ingredients clinically proven to smooth wrinkles, and this formula uses a time-released version to help resurface the skin around the eye to make the area softer-looking, less dry and simply prettier overall.

When used consistently, the formula also helps to reduce puffiness. Maybe best of all, this package includes a refill pod. You can even take the $41 you saved and put it toward Tilbury’s viral Eyes to Mesmerize shadow.
