Quadrato shared pictures of her child in the shopping cart, and showed how she couldn’t fit groceries and her baby in the cart.

“Ok seriously now! Either shopping cart manufacturers or car seat manufacturers need to do better! This is craziness!” she wrote.

“Left picture is at Costco- right is stop and shop. No place to put a car seat any more!

“I know technically you aren’t supposed to put one on top of the child seat but where do we put the baby and the groceries now????”

Other Costco shoppers agreed with Quadrato and shared their own predicaments at the store.

“Yeah they do need to do better,” one shopper said.

“Pretty sure target has carts with infant seats – too bad I can’t buy everything I need at target tho,” another shopper said.

“I’ve been saying the SAME thing!!! I can only buy so much each time… And once they’re bagged they don’t fit!” a third shopper said.

” It’s a struggle while they’re that young for sure,” a fourth shopper said.

Shopping carts aren’t the only thing customers are upset about at Costco.

Costco announces first membership fee increase in seven years as shoppers terrified what it could mean for beloved item

Some shoppers are furious with how much queuing they had to endure during their shopping trips.

“I went to Costco once,” a user wrote on X.

“Lined up to get a membership. Browsed the store and realized there were no real deals.

“Picked up a couple of things (less than $100).

Costco Return Policy

What are the details of the famous return policy?

“We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell, and will refund your purchase price,” the return policy states.

There are a few exceptions to this 100% satisfaction guarantee which are:

  • Electronics – Returns will be accepted within 90 days of the date the member received the product.
  • Diamonds – 1.00ct or larger must be returned with all original paperwork within 48 hours and they will be inspected for authenticity.
  • Cigarettes and alcohol – These items cannot be returned by law.
  • Items with a limited useful life expectancy such as batteries and tires cannot be returned.
  • Special Order Kiosk and Custom Installed Programs can only be returned or refunded if under warranty repair/replacement.
  • Gold bullion, bars, and silver coins are non-refundable.
  • Shop Cards are non-refundable.
  • Airline and Live Performance Event items are non-refundable.

Costco memberships can be canceled and refunded at any time if a customer is dissatisfied.

“Lined up at the cash, then had to line up again to have my receipt checked just after going through cash.

“Never returned. That was 10 years ago.”

Costco isn’t the only store hit with these queuing issues either.

Target has become clogged at the register as well thanks to self-checkout.

“My Target store has not opened any new lanes since your self-checkout change,” one shopper clamored.
