Indian unicorn Zoho growing fast in SA despite competition from Microsoft, Google | Business

Zoho, an Indian software unicorn, says it is growing rapidly in South Africa despite competing in the same space as tech giants like Microsoft and Google.

Andrew Bourne, Zoho regional manager for Africa, told News24 that the company has grown its South African customer base by just under a quarter in 2024, about five years after its launch.

Zoho offers a suite of business applications that customers can access. Applications cover a range of functionalities, including a booking platform, a customer chat channel, spreadsheets, a website builder, an e-commerce platform and a social media management tool.
