WEST BEND — Wednesday was declared Saladmaster Day in West Bend, as SynergyOps hosted hundreds of Saladmaster, a premier cookware brand under the Regal Ware Family, dealers and distributors from across the United States and Canada.
During the Saladmaster Dealer and Consultant Travel Club event at SynergyOps, Regal Ware’s manufacturing facility in the city, Saladmaster dealers and distributors had the opportunity to tour the facility where Saladmaster products are manufactured, providing an in-depth look at the process, and learn more about Saladmaster products and sales techniques through training sessions.
“This Travel Club event is not just an opportunity for our dealers to see where and how Saladmaster cookware is made; it’s a chance to ignite passion and motivation within our sales force,” said Saladmaster President Ayo Olaseinde. “Seeing the craftsmanship firsthand and understanding the care that goes into each product reinforces the pride and confidence in the Saladmaster brand.’
Saladmaster is a brand of premium cookware products that offer a unique, nutritional culinary cooking experience to transform healthy home cooking, according to a release on the Dealer and Consultant Travel Club event.
“Our products aren’t just about cookware, it’s about the lives they change and how we cook and eat better. So, we show people how to eat better, and these people are so passionate about helping others to come here today,” said Regal Ware CEO Ryan Reigle. “This investment, really in them, is about ingraining that belief even more, and letting them go be more successful.
“When they’re successful, we grow jobs here in Wisconsin and West Bend. That’s ultimately the goal, they grow and we grow here, as well.”
SynergyOps President Dave Duecker said events like this one are important for the manufacturing facility and staff, as well.
‘We are thrilled to open our doors to the Saladmaster Dealers and Distributors. We invite them to see how their commitment to Saladmaster assists our commitment to manufacturing in the U.S. and continuing to grow living wage jobs in Washington County,” Duecker said. “It’s vital for our employees to meet the faces behind the sales force and understand the global impact of their daily work. Networking with those who market and sell our products strengthens the bond between production and sales, enhancing our collective commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.’
In addition to touring the SynergyOps facility, the Saladmaster dealers and distributors who attended were also treated to a city proclamation from West Bend City Administrator Jay Shambeau, declaring Wednesday as Saladmaster Day in the city.
“Thank you all for coming from all points unknown to West Bend,” Shambeau said. “We hope you enjoy your time here, and without further ado, it is my pleasure to declare today Saladmaster Day.”
