The project is set to unfold in phases over the next 25 years.

Flagstaff Pulliam Airport is excited to announce the development of the Northern Arizona Technology Park on city-owned airport land. This cutting-edge business hub spans approximately 31 acres adjacent to the airport at 456 W. John Wesley Powell Boulevard. Developed by Genterra Enterprises, the park will foster collaboration across key industries, including bioscience, advanced manufacturing, aerospace and technology.

Designed to drive regional economic growth, the Northern Arizona Technology Park offers strategically sized lots, providing businesses with a seamless transition into Flagstaff’s dynamic and innovative ecosystem. With complete access to utilities, fiber connectivity, and a prime location along Interstate 17, the park is an ideal setting for businesses to grow and thrive.

The development seeks to support the expanding needs of the local economy by creating high-quality jobs and strengthening airport support services – all while respecting and preserving the region’s natural beauty and community values.

As part of Flagstaff Pulliam Airport, the Northern Arizona Technology Park boasts direct access to I-17, I-40, and 89A. Under the terms of Federal Aviation Administration policies, the ground lease and development agreement approved by the Flagstaff City Council prohibits residential use. The project will introduce amenities that benefit both travelers and the local community, starting with Phase I, the construction of a hotel, restaurant and the initial office and research buildings. The focus of the park’s facilities is to expand Flagstaff’s science and technology industries, dedicating the development to research, manufacturing, logistics and similar industries.

Genterra Enterprises President and CEO Tim Kinney highlighted the project’s significance, stating, “We’re thrilled to partner with the City of Flagstaff to develop one of Northern Arizona’s premier sites for the technology and science industries. Designed as a professional park-like setting, the Northern Arizona Technology Park will showcase Flagstaff’s natural beauty with stunning views of the San Francisco Peaks. The development will feature sustainable, thoughtfully designed buildings, ample greenspace, and direct access to the Flagstaff Urban Trail System and Fort Tuthill Park – both within walking distance. Plus, with immediate access to Flagstaff Pulliam Airport, Interstate 17 and Interstate 40, this location offers unbeatable connectivity.”

Per the agreement, Genterra will develop public infrastructure and must complete a development plan within 30 months of the March 2024 approval. The project is set to unfold in phases over the next 25 years. FBN
