Feldmeier Equipment Inc. announced the promotion of James Oot from director of finance to chief finance officer.

He joined the organization in 2024, and has demonstrated skills in advancing the Feldmeier family of companies forward with proven success in finance, audit and accounting.
He attended Cornell University and has spent his career in roles such as national bank examiner for the Department of the Treasury and as corporate auditor, controller and vice president of finance for organizations such as Hiab North America and Beacon Roofing Supply.
Feldmeier, the largest manufacturer of stainless-steel vessels in the Western Hemisphere, has been family owned and operated since its founding in 1952. It serves pharmaceutical, biotech, and cosmetic clients, brewers and food, dairy, and beverage processing facilities with stainless steel processing equipment. It has grown from a single facility in Syracuse to six manufacturing facilities in three states with global reach.
