Winsted, Conn. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $14.1 million sale of The Shops at Ledgebrook located in Winsted, approximately 24 miles southeast of Hartford. Built in 1989, the center totals 105,499 square feet and sits on 14 acres. The property — which is anchored by a 52,704-square-foot Stop & Shop Supermarket — features tenants including Webster Bank, Ledgebrook Spirit Shop, Community Residences Inc., Sophia’s Pizza Restaurant and China Delight. Joseph French Jr. and Kodi Traver of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a New York-based private investor and procured the buyer, a New Jersey-based investor, in the transaction.
