Summerfield LLC, whose member is Meliton Montes of Fayetteville, purchased the shopping center in the 2100 block of West Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Tenants include Mexico Viejo, Morano’s and Whiskey 101.
The sellers were Triangle Builders Supply Inc., whose president is Troy Parnell, and Fayetteville Associates Limited Partnership, whose general partner is New Deal V Inc. Parnell is also president of New Deal V. First National Bank of NWA provided a 20-year, $4.49 million loan. Realty Title & Closing Services LLC in Springdale was the title agent.
Built in 1980, the single-story shopping center comprises two adjacent buildings, spanning 23,668 square feet and 17,175 square feet.
Beaver Lake Home
A three-level, 8,321-square-foot lakeside home in Rogers has a new owner after a sale worth $4.18 million. The purchase price equals $502 per square foot.
Tracy D. Hoover and Mitzi J. Hoover of Rogers purchased the Beaver Lake home on 6 acres on Old Campbell Road. The seller was Miller OCR LLC of Lone Tree, Colo., whose sole member is David Miller.
Built in 2022, the single-family home has five bedrooms, six full and one half bathrooms, and a heated pool. The property includes two slips in a co-owned boat dock on Beaver Lake.

In October 2020, David Miller and Karen Miller of Lone Tree purchased the property in separate transactions for a combined $670,000. The sellers were Derick Bores and Lisa Bores of Rogers.
Bluewater Abode
A three-level, 6,065-square-foot lakeside home in Rogers recently sold for $3.53 million. The purchase price equals $582 per square foot.
Amber M. Russell and Adam Joseph Cheney of Naperville, Ill., purchased the Beaver Lake home on 1 acre on Bluewater Passage in gated-community Estates of Lakeway. The sellers were Tracy D. Hoover and Mitzi J. Hoover of Rogers.
Built in 2016, the home includes five bedrooms, five full and one half bathrooms, and a boat slip on Beaver Lake.
The buyer was represented by Sarah Kearney with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Journey. The seller was represented by Ruth Darling with Keller Williams Market Pro Realty – Bentonville. Little Rock-based Encore Bank provided a 30-year, $2 million loan. City Title & Closing LLC in Fayetteville was the title agent.
In October 2015, the Hoovers purchased the property for $155,000. The sellers were Charles R. and Brenda K. Salley.
Fayetteville Office
A two-story, 14,446-square-foot office building on 1.26 acres north of Joyce Boulevard in Fayetteville was recently acquired for $3.5 million. The purchase price equals $242 per square foot.
Conway-based M3B LLC, whose registered agent is Brandon Adams of Fayetteville, bought 1420 E. Augustine Lane. Adams is president and CEO of Conway-based health care provider Reliance Healthcare Inc. The seller was Bellafont Properties LLC in Fayetteville, whose member is Kyle Naples.
Conway-based Centennial Bank provided a $3.5 million loan. Waco Title Co. in Springdale was the title agent.
In September 2013, Bellafont Properties purchased the land for $425,000. The seller was MTBRE LLC, managed by T.J. Lefler, Marshall Saviers and Brian Shaw.
Rogers Land
An 11.9-acre residential property south of Pinnacle Hills in Rogers recently sold for $3.5 million. The purchase price equals $294,117 per acre.
Salt Lake City-based The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints purchased 5036 S. Bellview Road. The seller was Deborah A. Van Sickle, trustee of the Theodore T. Van Sickle Revocable Trust, of Granite City, Ill. Waco Title Co. in Springdale was the title agent.
In April 1997, Theodore T. Van Sickle and Frankie J. Van Sickle purchased the property for $112,000.
