Google’s Joint Employer Labor Case Hits Mootness Wall in Court

A federal appeals court signaled that it will likely dismiss Google LLC’s challenge to an NLRB decision that it jointly employed contracted YouTube staffers who unionized because it was rendered moot by the expiration of the agreement providing Google with those workers.
