Four New Retailers Bring NJ Shopping Center to Full Occupancy  – Connect CRE

JLL has leased up Denville Commons, a neighborhood shopping center in Denville, New Jersey, adding four new tenants. The shopping center, owned by Adonin Property Group, is now fully occupied at 73,239 square feet and features stores, restaurants, and healthcare tenants. David Townes and Alana Friedman of JLL serve as exclusive leasing agents for the property. 

  • Phenix Salon Suites leased 4,500 square feet for a new salon suite set to open mid-summer.  
  • American Family Care (AFC) leased 3,140 square feet for its latest New Jersey facility. Alicea Santella of Commercial Retail Associates represented the tenant. 
  • Health Mate Hot Tubs leased 2,250 square feet of retail space. Brian Silbert of Silbert Realty & Management Co., Inc. represented the tenant. 
  • Tropical Smoothie Café leased 1,373 square feet for a new restaurant. Dina Santarelli of Sabre Real Estate represented the tenant
