A south county building that houses an electrical supply business has a new owner.
The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from Sept. 18-24.
During that time period, Jamestown Rental Properties, LLC of Jamestown sold 401 Clinton St., Jamestown to Aryaan Group, LLC of South Euclid, Ohio for $310,000. That is the location of Rexel Electric Supply. No changes have been announced to the business. A message was sent to Rexel seeking comment.
From Sept. 18-24, there were six sales that were $250,000. The remaining top sales are as follows:
– 96 Stoessel Ave., Chautauqua Institution sold for $555,900.
– Lots 48 and 49, Chautauqua Shores, Canterbury Drive, Chautauqua town sold for $465,000.
– 2104 Cedar Brook, Busti sold for $400,000.
– 94 Nottingham Circle, Ellicott sold for $365,000.
– 5738 Magnolia Road, Chautauqua town sold for $270,000.
