Earlier this year, Peloton and Google formed a partnership aimed at creating added value for both companies’ members. Peloton members were given access to undisclosed Google discounts, while Google users received some Peloton classes (which Google is paying Peloton a licensing fee for).
Now, for the first time, Peloton members have a tangible benefit from this collaboration: a discount on two popular Google devices, the Fitbit Charge 6 and the Pixel Watch 3.
In a recent email promoting Peloton Member Month – a special initiative unfolding throughout the month of November – Peloton shared details of this exclusive offer for its U.S.-based members. The email, titled “Celebrate Peloton Member Month with us,” contained the key details on how to access these savings.
Peloton members can enjoy a 20% discount on either a Fitbit Charge 6 or Pixel Watch 3 through the Google Store, using a link provided in the email, which automatically applies the discount code at checkout. This promotion runs from November 2 through November 30, 2024.
This promotion gives Peloton members an opportunity to add a discounted fitness-tracking device that syncs with Peloton equipment for enhanced workout monitoring – like hundreds of other heart rate monitors can do. The Fitbit Charge 6 and Pixel Watch 3 can connect to Peloton Bikes, Treads, and the Row, allowing users to display real-time heart rate data directly on their screens.
To redeem the discount, members must log into their Google account and shop through the Google Store, where the code will automatically apply at checkout.
There are a few important conditions to note. First, the discount is limited to one device per member and is only valid while supplies last. Additionally, members must complete their purchase through a logged-in Google account, as guest checkout does not qualify. Finally, the discount cannot be combined with other offers and must be used within the promotional period, or it will expire.
