ST. CLOUD — A new Nordic spa has opened in Waite Park.
Omni Nordic, which offers hot saunas and cold tubs, had its grand opening scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 16.
The business offers a 60-minute sauna and ice bath sessions for $25 plus tax. Memberships are also available for purchase.

Microbiologics makes international expansion
St. Cloud-based Microbiologics has acquired German-based manufacturer SensID, according to a news release from the company.
SensID focuses on cancer research and pharmacogenomics, according to the release. SensID will continue to operate in Rostock, Germany post-acquisition, marking Microbologics’ first international location.

VK Caribbean Groceries has opened on St. Cloud’s east side at 425 E. St. Germain St.
The mini market specializes in Caribbean goods, including coffee, snacks, beverages, jerk seasoning and more. According to its website, the store caters to the Caribbean community and a wider audience. VK Caribbean Groceries has an additional location in Brainerd.
Its winter hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday. The store is closed on Sunday. More information can be found at
Coborn’s, Cashwise offering holiday options
Coborn’s and Cashwise are offering heat-and-serve meals for the holidays, according to a news release from Coborn’s.
Customers can pre-order meals for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Options include turkey, ham, prime rib, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, dollar buns and more. There are also a la carte options, including glazed carrots, green bean casserole, macaroni and cheese, fruit salad and more.
