Middle Tennessee State football will try to earn its first road victory of the season, taking on UTEP at El Paso, Texas in the Sun Bowl on Saturday (2:30 p.m., CBS Sports Network).
The Blue Raiders (2-6, 1-3 CUSA) are coming off a 42-20 loss to Jacksonville State. The Miners (1-7, 1-4) lost a defensive battle, 14-10, to Louisiana Tech last week.
