Air transport technology developer SITA has appointment of Nathalie Altwegg as senior vice president of its airports business unit.
She will spearhead SITA’s growth in the sector, a market in which it has presence in more than 1,000 airports globally,
SITA says it is aiming to “reinvent and digitalise operations and journeys across the world through cutting edge technology and innovation”.
Altwegg was previously chief operating officer for SITA Europe for two years and brings into the new role extensive management experience in strategy, commercial, people, and portfolio.
She has over two decades of experience in the air transport industry, and is an expert in the airports business, as well as having expertise in M&A, IT outsourcing, and business development of all sizes, including large and complex business opportunities.
