Halloween celebrations and trick-or-treat hours for children are occurring at different times in various local communities.
Dates, time and places for trick-or-treating in neighborhoods are as follows.

4 to 6 p.m.

5 to 7 p.m.
Powers/Spalding
4 to 6 p.m.

4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Trunk-or-treats, characterized by people distributing treats from stationary vehicles, often decorated, are localized in parking areas. They may be better suited for those with smaller children or people in rural areas who don’t get trick-or-treaters at their doorsteps.
