Cheers! A Premier Evening of Shopping and Celebration to open Inaugural Texas Fine Craft Show

The Texas Fine Craft Show is set to debut with Cheers! A Premier Evening of Shopping and Celebration, an exclusive event designed to bring the community together to celebrate fine craftsmanship. Attendees will be among the first to shop unique fine crafts while enjoying passed bubbles, hors d’oeuvres, and more.

Hosted at The Westin Hotel in The Woodlands, the Texas Fine Craft Show will feature the work of over 40 world-class fine craft artists during its three-day run from November 1-3, 2024. The opening evening promises to be a vibrant and engaging experience where local personalities will showcase wearable art and jewelry featured in the show.

The Woodlands Arts Council is proud to announce the participation of several community leaders, who will be modeling the fine artisans’ jewelry and wearable art at this inaugural event. Personalities include Nelda Luce Blair, President/Owner of The Blair Law Firm, P.C.; Jen Bruse, President & CEO of Hello Woodlands, Christina Harughty, Real Estate Advisor with Garcia Real Estate Group, Janine Jones, TRIS Private Dining & Catering Director, Dr. Ann Snyder, Chairman of The Woodlands Township Board of Directors; and Haley Garcia, Founder of Garcia Real Estate Group, Chair of the Texas Fine Craft Show, and Vice President of The Woodlands Arts Council. “We are thrilled to bring such a unique and high-quality experience to The Woodlands,” said Garcia. “The Texas Fine Craft Show is more than a shopping event– it’s a celebration of artistry, craftsmanship, and community.”

The Westin Hotel will be transformed into a hub of craftmanship, featuring guests the opportunity to meet talented artists, learn about the inspiration behind their pieces, and explore various techniques used in their unique craft. Visitors will enjoy an exclusive evening as they are among the first to admire and purchase one-of-a-kind craftwork. Whether attendees are avid collectors or simply admirers of beautiful art, Cheers! promises to be an unforgettable experience.

Cheers! A Premier Evening of Shopping and Celebration will take place on Friday, November 1, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM (come and go) in the heart of The Woodlands Arts District, next to the beautiful Waterway Square. A limited number of tickets are available, and they include weekend access to the full show. Tickets must be purchased online, and complimentary parking is available at Waterway Square Garage for the entire weekend provided by Howard Hughes.

Proceeds from the event will support The Woodlands Arts Council’s Microgrant Program, benefiting arts educators, organizations, students, and independent artists in The Woodlands and Montgomery County.

The show will open to the public on Saturday, November 2, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday, November 3, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Attendees are encouraged to purchase “Bubbles With Benefits,” a drink package that benefits The Woodlands Arts Council’s mission to make art matter in The Woodlands and Montgomery County.
