Women’s Soccer USA vs Australia (O/U 2.5, USA, -175)
The Olympic soccer group stage concludes for the Team USA Women against Australia on Wednesday. This game will be airing in primetime on NBC.
After beating Germany 4-1, can the American team finish undefeated in the “Group Of Death.” Many were surprised by the depth of this American team and their ability to control the pace despite having 45% possession.
Mallory Swanson leads the way with three goals and Sophia Smith has two goals. Both have added an assist as well. The Americans have played solid enough defense and enjoy a +6 goal differential going into their final group game.
Team USA faces an Australian team that, like Zambia, has one main threat – Steph Catley, who has two goals and two assists. She must be marked at all times when on the pitch.

Australia can be quite dangerous here. Don’t let their +2000 number to win gold fool you. This has the potential to be a trap game of sorts. However, they gave up five goals to Zambia and got blanked 3-0 to Germany. No one knows what to quite expect from the Matildas.
Finally, waiting on player props might be a good thing. Mallory Swanson (+125) or Trinity Rodman (+250) anytime goals is smart. In the meantime, we’ll play it safe with a USA win on the Moneyline.

Men’s Basketball USA vs South Sudan (O/U 191, USA, -29.5)
The American men’s basketball team go up against the South Sudan team that almost beat them in the warm-up for the Olympics. If anyone saw the opener against Serbia, they will know that Team USA built slowly and went on to win 110-84.
Team USA waited for Nikola Jokic to get off the basketball court, outscoring Serbia 29-3 without the Serbians’ best player. The Americans won by 26 without one of their top players Jayson Tatum stepping on to the court.
The 29.5 point spread on betting apps is big. Granted, Team USA got lucky against Serbia, but is this a bridge too far? There has to be a bit of trepidation here. Group stage play is different from a warm-up game to a tournament.
Our pick is to take the men who should be able to win easily and score a lot of points while doing so. Expect them to come out with plenty of pace as the points rain down in bunches on Wednesday in primetime Paris.
The Panel Pick: Team USA Men’s Basketball Over 110.5 Points – Caesars -110
Men’s Olympic Soccer- Team USA vs Guinea (ML -175, USA)
The American Men’s soccer team plays Guinea on Tuesday afternoon (1pm ET). The US bounced back from a 3-0 loss to France and took care of business against New Zealand to win 4-1. Guinea have lost both of their games by one-goal margins.
Team USA should be able to dictate pace and play like they did versus the Kiwis. However, nothing comes easy for Men’s Soccer. Copa America taught us that in many different ways. The younger squad at the Olympics does seem to have a little more resilience.
A win here would help the Americans get out of group in a decent position. Expectations are that this match could be very close. A draw is not out of the question, which would send the US through to the knockout stage.

In the other group game, few expect New Zealand to gain a point against France, who will be cheered on by a passion crowd watching on at the Stade Velodrome in Marseille. However, anything can happen.
We’re going for a US win at -200. Another option, if you have a free bet to use, is for both teams to score at -140.
