2 Livingston Businesses Will Move To Shopping Center

LIVINGSTON, NJ — A shopping center in Livingston has landed two new tenants, spokespeople announced this week.

The Livingston Town Center at 1100-8100 Town Center Way recently signed leases with Jacqueline Special Occasions and Ship Logistics, according to its leasing and property management agent Azarian Realty Co.

The two-story, 65,523 square foot shopping center has 29 tenant spaces. Jacqueline Special Occasions will be occupying a second floor 2,587 square feet. Ship Logistics will be occupying an end cap unit of 612 square feet.

Azarian Realty Co. shared the following details about each business:

  • “Jacqueline Special Occasions is a long-established Livingston business that specializes in the sale of cocktail dresses, evening gowns, wedding, party, and prom dresses for any and all occasions. Their selection includes top American dress designers like Sherri Hill, Jovani, and Mon Cheri. They will be relocating from their South Livingston Avenue location to a larger space at the Livingston Town Center.”
  • “Ship Logistics is a retail store that offers packaging, shipping and receiving, mailbox rentals, passport photography, stamps, gift wrapping, stationary, office supplies, print and faxing services, and notary services. Their new occupancy in The Livingston Town Center will be their first location.”

Jacqueline Special Occasions and Ship Logistics joins other tenants in the center including Hot Worx, LA Bikini, Omaha Steaks, Mixology, Wells Fargo and 16 Handles.

The newest tenant openings will coincide with additional grand openings at the shopping center, including Wonder, Monmouth Cards and LA Bikini.

The center has two vacancies remaining: a 3,244 square feet professional office space on the second floor and an end cap unit of 2,463 square feet on the first floor.
